Set in its own large mature gardens, the house has a private, solar heated swimming pool measuring 9 x 5 metres. There are extensive terraces lined with bougainvillea, and a BBQ with outdoor dining area. With a floor area of over 300 sq. m., the house is very spacious, and has been furnished to the highest contemporary standards.The master bedroom features its own en-suite bathroom. The villa is ideally located for both Levada walking (signposted walks begin in Prazeres), or swimming at Calheta beach. There is a parking space for two cars.

Price includes - cleaning, towels and bed linen. For guests staying 2 weeks or more have a mid stay change of bed linen and towels at the end of each week.
