With 6 bedroom all with en suite bathroom, open space living and dinning room, games room, BBQ and garage... This Vila is the perfect holiday house for a family or group of friends.

Additional information about rental rates

• A 25% deposit is required in order to secure the booking, the remaining amount needs to be settled, when possible, at least 4 weeks prior to the arrival date.
• Also a refundable deposit of € 500 is required which will be returned at the end of your stay, after the house is inspected.
• Price includes - cleaning, towels and bed linen. For guests staying 2 weeks or more have a midstay change of bed linen and towels at the end of each week.
• The prices next page is in Euros and is for 4 people.
• A charge of 300 Euros will be applied per week / per extra person.
• A charge of 25 Euros will be applied per week / per children 0-6 years;
• A charge of 50 Euros will be applied per week / per children 7-12 years;
• We also leave a welcome pack of the basics. (Tea, coffee,sugar, milk, butter, bread, some fruit, water, orange juice and sparkling wine)
